“If you want to know the end, look at the beginning.”
This African proverb means that you should always know what you want to achieve in the future, which determines what to work on achieving in the present.
The more you invest in your present the better your future is on its way to becoming beautiful.
The beginning for Esteem Resources Africa (ERA), is developing young women by giving them access to the tools needed for discovering their personal, and business passions in order to assist them in evolving as future leaders.

Our new facility, The POINT (Place of Inspiration New Beginnings and Transformation) , in Accra opened in December, now provides a safe space for the Sowing Empowered Women (SEW) ladies shelter during short-term crisis and also provides the ladies a peaceful place for a meal/rest after a long journey to attend a SEW Workshop.
Girls In Ghana Begin A Beautiful Journey
One major way to empower an individual is to help him or her discover their intrinsic motivation to propel them to reach their highest height in life.
In retrospect of the first quarter of the year , the Girls went through a process of finding themselves.
All Sowing Empowered Women (SEW) workshops were designed to take the Girls on a journey to rediscover their purpose by utilizing their access to tools provided in becoming Tomorrow's leaders.

Intentionally all Workshops were designed to help Girls find intrinsic motivations to help push them on their various journeys to discover their purpose.
The Power In You
The true architect of your life is YOU , so when you discover YOU and put YOU to use, nothing can stop YOU.
Young ladies were educated on how to creatively write, tell their stories and discover what makes them special.

The power of telling your story led by Elizabeth Yomantas.

Ms.Metrova Bulla shared her journey of growth and transition with the Ladies, which opened their eyes to possibilities that lie ahead.
This empowered SEW Ladies to believe in themselves, Inspired hope, and encouraged them to think BIG in planning for the future.
It Is Possible
Beginning a beautiful journey means everything you set your mind to, with determination and hard work you will achieve. SEW ladies were educated on investing the little they may have and how to master their finances.

Eric Yomantas breaks down how to save, invest and own your own business/shop in 2- years! What an Eye-opener!
A Must Watch

What Empowerment Means to us
At ERA /SEW we empower our ladies to be able to take charge of their lives and support themselves in the future.

ERA now empowers its own young ladies through job opportunities at our new facility, The POINT with its own Cleaning and Catering Teams comprised of young ladies from the SEW Program.

Hannah shows off her New Business License, she was awarded through an ERA Scholarship.

Practice makes perfect: Abigail, Peace, Forgive and Ruth trying their hands on the industrial sewing machine at the POINT.
Cultural Discovery
The SEW Ladies were excited to gain exposure to, and enjoy the feel of the outside world.
The Girls visited The Amba Art Gallery at the Kempinski hotel in Accra. Yes, of course it was a fun time learning in the field of Arts and Heritage.

Nothing rejuvenates the mind and soul better than the display of creativity and the Arts!

Up close and in person! Abigail and other SEW young ladies venture to the National Theatre of Ghana to sit-in on a dress rehearsal of a play.
Goodness Lies Ahead
He who plans his beginning always smiles at the end of the day.

Smiles Everywhere! After our Career and Business Showcase Workshop, the Ladies are ready to make an impact on the world.
